Jul 20 to 23 sits at 12 to 15 on the books with the street already at $89 against peer medians of $98–131. Cheaper will not fill it. Corporate and group outreach, and an OTA visibility check, this week. Floor stands at 47.2% of July budget.

HOURP · leaving rate on the table

Under the compset median every night Jul 16 to 22, $129 v 149 tonight on 9 scanned peers, while the month runs ahead of pace (MTD 52.5% v 48.4). Soft only Jul 21 to 22. Rate review before another discounted night sells.
